John Tamblyn and Jonathan Dugger have a combined experience in real estate investing of more than 40 years.   Each brings a unique perspective to the business pulling from diverse backgrounds.     As a specialist in training and human performance,  Jonathan Dugger, a clinical and sports psychologist, has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and companies in a variety of settings and industries.     John Tamblyn began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker focusing on the office, retail and industrial and warehouse sectors.    “The Johns” met in 2003 at an international real estate investment conference where it became obvious that collaboration was in their future.   After a variety of experiences in multiple areas of real estate, John and Jonathan started targeting approaches that would maximize profits and remain economically tolerant regardless of market conditions.    This is how they have landed in the Manufactured Housing industry.    Together they have owned dozens of communities and continue to improve their approach and effectiveness.
